Solution

Problem with VSS and BT Infinity

Hi there, a recent power cut meant that my BT infinity Hub 5 went off and since coming back on the Sure Signal has been unable to connect. I've had a series of resets done by your colleagues but nothing seams to work.

The only lights on are the red power light which flashes constantly and the phone which is solid orange. Nothing else.

Any suggestions?? Readings are as follows:

Hi Fenboyinspain

We are aware of issues some BT Infinity customers are facing see here.

I'd recommend that you speak to BT, to make sure you have the latest software update.

Thanks
