Hi @rachmason2011

Thanks for that info.

Your Sure Signal is showing as deregistered. Please re-register it on your My Vodafone.

Thanks,

Amanda

ive just registered it again so will see if that works

Hi,

New problem now.  Flashing power light, solid orange light (the inuse light).

Ive had a look at my router and its not listing it as connected hardware. Both network connection lights are on.  Green is solild, orange is flashing.

Both the router and the sure signal have been reset.

Any thoughts on what i need to do??

Hi @rachmason2011

Can you let us know which router you’re using and your internet service provider?

We’ll be able to advise of the port forwarding or any other details you’ll need to get this working.

Cheers,

Laura
