Problems with Sure Signal 3

Vodafone Sure Signal wont work with BT HOME HUB 4 OR 5 if you have one of these don't waste your money. Spoke to Vodafone sure signal Tech team who said they know there is a problem with compatibility but don't know how to sort it out! Just tell you to speak to BT but when you do they want MINIUMUM of £30 to do it. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

That's seems a shame if that's the case as I'm sure many use Bt and that model of Hub who would benefit from one of those Sure Signal Devices.

For those affected I hope the pending Calling over Wifi will be another avenue.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
