Problems with Sure Signal 3

Hi - PLEASE HELP! my sure signal 3 has stopped working, was advised yesterday by vodafone it would be working today as was a technicial error. Yesterday to power light was solid and the last 2 lights were orange. Now the power light is solid but the first light is flashing. Iv reset it etx but nothing is working! Serial - 40133882726

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.
