RE sync please

Hi, I had no reply to earlier posting so I called tech help on 191. He informed me of the port settings on the Home hub 3 which I have now done and reset using the button on the bottom of the SS.

 

Can you please resync SN: 40131963437

I'm not sure if it's already had a re sync but it's just started to work. Lets leave it alone and see if it keeeps going.

Oh we'll, it was good for 1day but now shows flashing red and solid orange internet world symbol.

Any help appreciated as I'm now without a phone again.

Hi mark990, 

 

I've done a resync for you so please do a reset to complete the process;

 

-Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.

-Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.

-Once the lights come back on, release the button.
