Sure signal stopped working after sim card changed

Hi, please can I get a refresh after a SIM card swap? The V3 SS has serial number 42151139062 Thanks.

Hi

After a Sim Swap it is recommended by Vodafone Tech to De Register the mobile number from the Sure Signal for 24 hours. 

Then Re Register and soft reboot the phone by turning it off and on.

I jumped the gun a bit I'm afraid! The phone still does not pick up the sure signal. I've deleted the number, left it for a day, added the number again...but it does not work. Not a faulty sure signal as my phone and my son's phone work ok.
