My wife's phone recently had to have a new SIM card (using existing number) fitted to cure a problem. Now when she connects to the VSS at home she cannot receive calls (goes straight on to answer phone but signal strength good) and is unable to send or receive texts. Her phone behaves properly when on the main Vodafone network. Can you re-sync my VSS please. My VSS 3 serial number is 40124243961

I’ve re-synced this for you today. :Smiling:

 

Please complete this process by performing a factory reset as follows:

 

  1.      Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports
  2.      Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds
  3.      Once the lights come back on, release the button

The Sure Signal will be back online in around 1 hour.
