Unable to register on Vodafone since new phone/SIM.

Hi AdrianWorthington,

 

 I've re synced your Sure Signal. Please perform a factory reset as below;


* Hold the reset button till all the lights come on or flash (about 30 seconds)
* Keeping the rest button held, remove and re-insert the power lead
* Once all the lights come on or flash, release the reset button
* The VSS should come online within the hour.

Thanks for that. I have done that but still not registering. Could you see if there is anything else that may need changing. Firmware etc? Or any settings I need to change on my phone - xperia Z1

As you've had a new SIM you'll need to dregister the Sure Signal for a few hours.
