Re-homing VSS

Following a change of address, and once we had our broadband installed, I have re-homed my Sure Signal unit but I'm being badgered with SMS reminders to update the postcode.

I have repeated the exercise a couple of times but the SMS messages haven't stopped.

The number of the VSS is 40123211274 - if one of you Vodatech folk can take a look for me I'll be most grateful.

My new postcode, as already configured, is BN5 9QA

Nice to see you back on the eForum!

 

I've just changed the postcode for you and then back to how it was.

 

I've forced a resync too.

 

Please factory reset the VSS and let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks for looking at that for me. If I don't get any more SMS messages I'll know all is well. 🙂

I've been mad busy for months (Retirement? Hah!) but, now we've finally moved house, things should settle down and I'll try and look in more often.
