Re-register Sure Signal

I have a sure signal for managing work registered devices - but the number my sure signal is registered to has moved to another provider.  I therefore want to deregister the sure signal from the vodafone number and register it to another vodafone number but I'm unable to do this as the original number is no longer valid.  Is there a way I can do this this myself ?

Hi there

 

As long as the number against which the SureSignal was registered was in your name, you will be able to call up Vodafone customer services on 191 and they can manually deregister it for you.  If the account wasn't in your name, the account owner will need to contact Vodafone.

 

What you should have done is deregister the Sure Signal prior to the number leaving Vodafone - it is easier if you do that as it is can be done online in a few minutes.
