Re-register SureSignal to new account and new number

Have returned to Vodafone with new number and want to re-use SureSignal box i have. Any idea how i can register to bew account and number? Can't get into old old account to de-register.

Hi,

 

You'd need to speak with customer service via 191 or live chat to de register from the old account. 

 

And it also depends on how long you've not used the sure signal. 

 

How long has it been since you last used your Vodafone Sure Signal?

Not for the last three months: We may have put a bar on it. You can remove this bar by calling us free on 191 from your Vodafone mobile.
Not for the last 12 months: Your device may be fully de-registered. Contact us if you’d like to reactivate your account. Find out more in our Ts&Cs.
