Hi,
On Friday I re-registered my Sure Signal box as I upgraded to an iPhone 5 with a new nano SIM. Since then my new phone has worked fine with the Sure Signal box. However, my wife's iPhone 4 and my iPad won't pick up any signal from it, whereas they were previously working fine.
I've tried everything I can think of to get them working again but to no avail.
Can someone advise?

Hi - I'm not sure what instructions you want me to follow. Your link points to a post from someone else with a similar problem.
I have already; reset the Sure Signal box, reset my router, rebooted phones and other devices, re-registered the Sure Signal, removed and re-added all users.
Do you have any other ideas?
