Hi AlbieP,

I've resynched the Sure Signal, so give it another reset:

  • Unplug the Ethernet Sure Signal.
  • Hold down the reset button until all the lights show (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead.
  • Once all lights display release the reset button.
  • Plug the cable back in.
  • The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour.

If you got a new SIM card with the new phone, you may also need to remove and re-add that number from the Sure Signal. If it's the "owner" number, you'll need to switch ownership to another one whilst you do this.

I have done the factory reset, all lights are showing correctly, still no signal for my phone. I did get a new sim with my phone, however I cannot do the change ownership thing as no-one else at home has a Vodafone number to swap it with. Is there anything that can be done at your end. I need my phone for work so this is getting to be quite a problem now.

Hi AlbieP,

Thanks for the update.

I’m glad it's working again.
