Red light & flashing white - have tried trouble shooting guide

Hello,

I activated by sure signal yesterday morning, early hours, it has now been 24 hours and I still only getting the red light and flashing white suggesting connetivity problems

 

 I have a draytek 2760 router

 I have assigned the SS box a static IP,

I can ping it on my network

MTU size is 1492

Provider is BT Fibre 30 MB down 7MB UP

I have opened up the port redirections as indicated in this help topic

Previous help topic with sure signal ports to open

 

Below is logging that I setup to any traffic to the SS box IP address

Please can you check at your end my serial number is 4316 1697 057, can you confirm if you are seeing traffic from my SS box please. In my account settings it is showing as activated.

 

Anything else you can suggest would be welcome.

Well, with no further action on my part when I cam down for breakfast this morning the correct lights were on the box and I was able to route calls via the sure signal box, this would suggest there was something not quite right elsewhere and my configuration was fine.

 

All's well that ends well....

 

Just to confirm on the Vigro 2760 all i did was open the ports using Network, NAT, and added an individual port forwarding from my SS box (which I had allocated a static IP address). This was all i did.

 

To ensure it was communcating okay I used Firewall filter and setup a filter to log anything outgoing from the suresignal box and this confirmed comms were okay.

 

I have attached 3 images that show the steps for anyone else with a draytek 2760 that might be trying to troubleshoot the suresignal problems, images attached below.

 

I also re-registered the box and re-registered it under another number on my account.
