hi, i have connected the sure signal 9361 box to the router and powered it up. There is a red light that stays on without flashing. For a while when i turned it on both lights on the sure signal flashed white slowly. After a while they have both stopped flashing and the only light on the box now is a red power light.
There is an orange and a green light on the back where i plug the ehternet cable into and one of them is flashing.
The box has been registered at the correct postcode with the correct phone number and it says 'registered'.
What should I do to get it working? thanks

VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Hello, thanks for your reply. I have read through this guide but am still facing the same problem. Here are the details:
speed test results: ping 52ms, download speed 5.17Mbps, upload speed 0.29Mbps
ping test results: packet loss 0%, ping 57ms, jitter 13ms
external ip: 217.41.2.3
sure signal serial number: 40111647331
tracert results: see attached screenshot
