Refund vodafone sure signal

Has anyone else had trouble getting a refund on sure signal? I had to return my sure signal as it was not compatible with my bt Internet, I have contacted VF 6 times and each time they have stated that they have refunded me and it will be in my bank account within 24 hours, vodafone you are grossly incompetent or a bunch of liars, I will never have one of your phones again.

Payments back to a card or bank can take 7-10 bank working days to clear. I'm sorry if you were misinformed previously.

Whilst we process payments within 24 hours, the rest is what it takes for the funds to transfer across the banking system. Some banks will process it quicker than others.
