Hi,

I'm trying to register a suresignal v2 but the website continually says there is an error. I'm not sure if this is an error at my PC, at the suresignal or with the Vodafone servers.  Have you guys any idea....?

@sparky93

I think it's best we take a closer look at your account to see exactly what's going on.

I've sent you a private message with details on how to get in touch.

For anyone else with the same issue, try the steps listed here and if you’re still affected, contact customer service.

noted message, directing me to 191 or live chat only,

as per original post, pasted here, that they are no use or help......

live chat are just filling me with no confidence at all, blaming my local tower for being unable to register, like i have a tower, hence use of sig box

Hi tsu24,

I assume you no longer have a vodafone account.

Try the Live help option, they should be able to help.

http://www.vodafone.co.uk/contact-us/index.htm

Regards.

I have tried this first and no joy, they dont seem to have a clue!

@tsu24 - Live help will be the best place for you to have the Vodafone Sure Signal de-registered.

If you still have an active Vodafone account, you can do this online yourself.

Pop along to My Vodafone online take a look at how to do this by watching the Sure Signal clip.
