The issue you’re experiencing: My phone shows no signal although it has worked happily for the past two years. This started a few days ago at least.

What light sequence you're seeing: there are 3 lights (1 red, 2 white) on my Sure Signal (V3 I think)

I had exactly the same issue (see here) and it looks like the timing was roughly the same too (it suddenly stopped working a few days ago).

Following advice given by the tech team (see post), I unregistered my Sure Signal, unplugged for 24 hours, then plugged it back in and re-registered. Two of my three phones are now working again after rebooting the phones too. I haven't tried the third phone yet, but am hopeful that will come back to life too.

Hopefully this will get you back online too.

Cheers - Martin

@PedroKTFC The advice given by @mart1711 is absolutely right. :Smiling:

Completing this process, will help to refresh your Sure Signal and phone connection.

You can find out how to de-register your phone and register it again online.
