Registering a new user

I have been trying for the past 3 days to register my wife on SureSignal. I managed to register OK but when I try to register my wife's phone I get the following error message:

 

Sorry – there seems to be a problem.

Please try again. If there’s still a problem, please contact us.

 

Can anyone help?

Hi Isinclair54,

 

Welcome to the eForum! :Smiling:

With any of our online tools that require a log in, I'd first recommend clearing your cache and cookies. This will get rid of any conflicting temporary internet files that may be in your browser history. You'll need to launch a fresh window after you do this for it to be effective. :Smiling:
