Registering my sure signal

How can I register my sure signal, it is telling me that it is already registered...

i have a vodafone sure signal and would like to de-register it

Thanks for your post.

Can you confirm where the VSS has been sourced from? Was it Vodafone or elsewhere?

We can only de-register units that we have supplied and the request has to come from the original owner so if you've bought it from a third party I'm afraid you'll need to speak with the party that sold it to you.
