Replacement SureSgnal Has Gone Faulty Now

Hi, I got a replacement SureSignal from you back in January I also purchased a new router and it has been working well until last week I got up in the morning to find just a solid power light did all the tests and rebooted the router and reset the SureSignal but it was just the same power and phone lights flash for about 10 minutes then it goes back to solid power light I took it out to my daughters house where it had worked fine before (Same Router) but I got exactly the same result there which leads me to think the SureSignal has gone faulty?

Hi Smiddy,

Can you take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, and then post back your results if you’re not directed to an existing thread?

Thanks

Lee

Hi Smiddy,

Thanks for the serial number.

From what I can see the registration look fine however I have re-synced the Sure Signal for you.

If this still doesn’t work please can you let me know;

Your external IP address,

The results of your speed test,

The results of your ping tests,

James

Re: Replacement SureSgnal Has Gone Faulty Now

Hi James,  I reset the SureSignal and left it on for the past few days but it is still the same system and phone lights flash for about ten minutes then back to the solid power light, I took the SureSignal out to my daughter's house (worked there before) this morning and tried it there but the problem was just the same I also tried it in one my neighbours house and it was exactly the same there as well.
