Replacement Suresignal not connecting

Hi

 

I have today set up a V3 box to replace my old V2 which had power supply issues (but connected fine to network).  I 'replaced' the old box in control panel with the new SN (40132748589).  So far though all I get is the flashing internet light (power is solid).  All router ports are opened etc, and I have tried to reset.

 

Please can you resync/advise further steps as required.
