Reset SS V2 has not worked. Two white lights still flashing

System has been working fine for nearly two years. On holiday for 2 weeks, came back and red power light on , other two lights flashing. No router change or ISP change.

System is configured behding router but this has worked since it was put in - plug and play sorts out the ports.

 

Have tried resetting it as instructed amd Vodafone instigated a resync yesterday - still not working.
