Resync Please Following New SIM (VSS No: 40130448521 Mobile No: Removed)

Hi there

 

Have upgraded yesterday to a new iPhone and transfered the existing number to a new SIM. Have reset VSS a number of times and rebooted the phone but can't get the the phone to connect to the SureSignal. The other Samsung phone that's registered to the VSS is working, so the unit itself is ok.

 

Could you resync for me in the hope that this should resolve?

Hi Hawkins-Weeks,

 

Thanks for posting with the update. When you SIM swap a number already registered with Sure Signal in future, the quickest way for it to pick up service is to de-register your Sure Signal completely then set it up fresh. :Winking_smiley:

I'm glad to see it all sorted itself out in the meantime. :Smiling:
