Hi Mupps,
I can see your Sure Signal hasn't updated since the 11th May so I have performed a resync.
To complete the process you will need to reset your Sure Signal. Details of how to do this can be found here.

First thing would be to post your SS serial number. This will allow the team to view the status of the device and arrange a re-sync if required.

Following the resync, it wasn't necessary to follow the reset instructions - the Sure Signal had reset itslef and I now have a 100% singal strength on my phone.
