Number had been swapped to a Nano SIM and is now not getting a signal.

@72345 To resolve this issue, you'll need to temporarily de-register your number, allow 24 hours and then register the number again via your My Vodafone account.

Hi Rahim,
I've tried this. Actually it was deregistered for over 48 hours. I've also resetting it twice but no joy.
I've read a few times that it needs to be resynced. Can you do this please.

@72345 I've rescyned both of your Vodafone Sure Signal devices to help resolve your issue. 

 

Please allow 6 hours to pass before resetting both devices.
