Hi there. I have recently got an iPhone 5 which meant I had to re4place my SIM for a Nano SIM. I guess this means you need to resync my Sure SIgnal for me so that it can see the phone? Thanks David

The SureSignal's number is - 40122918028

Hi Guys,

Thanks for your post here.

@ Willjorr, I have not been able to re-sync your device as it is currently not registered.

@ DavidMorgan, I have re-synced your Sure Signal for you now.

Hi James

Thanks for your help, I've registered it again. Sorry I thought when I did it before it had worked.

Would you be able to resync it again please.

Many thanks for your help,

Will.

Hi,

I need to have my suresignal resynced. I have tried resetting - the phone light does not work. It started being a problem about 1 month ago and interupted the broadband; now stopped working al together.

Serial number 40123544609

Thanks

Hi Tech Team - I have same problem as Willjorr - could you please resync VSS 40112442914?

TIA.

Hi guys,

Willjorr - Registration can take up to 24 hours, and I can see that your Sure Signal connected to our systems yesterday, so can you advise if things are now working? I don't want to run the resync if things are going OK and mess with a good thing!

davidlove - I've performed the resync for you. Can you carry out a factory reset to ensure it takes for me?

  • Hold down the reset button until all the lights show (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead.
  • Once all lights display release the reset button.
  • The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour.

If this doesn't work, then we'll need to dig deeper as we don't have any details of the actual issue, so can you provide the following information for me?

The light sequence you're seeing.

What you're experiencing when you try to connect to the Sure Signal.
