Hello,
I have recently performed a SIM swap when upgrading my handset to an iphone 6. My handset is now not connecting to my Suresignal device (1st generation) although no other device in the house is impacted. My mobile number is the one registered to the device and I believe from other posts that this is the route of this issue and needs resetting?
Are you able to help please?

Hi @mikey_t,
Please de-register your Sure Signal and then 6 hours later, re-register it.
This should help update the Sure Signal and it'll recognise the SIM card has been changed.
