Solution

SS 3 not working after disconnection from power

I unplugged the extension lead that my SS was plugged into (twice) and since then I have the dreaded solid red light and flashing internet light. I tried  resetting it, rebooting the router, leaving for 24 hrs and still no joy. I have now checked all the port forwarding that i had set up when i first installed it, and re-opened the relevant ports. No luck. 

Would be grateful if vodafone techs could try a re-sync from your end?  Please let me know what info you need.
