SS Not Working - Connecting Problems

Hi, please could you check to see when my last connection to your servers was please?

 

My serial number is - 4013 1568 053

 

I have tried to obtain the information you need but when typing the number into the black box it comes up with the following - not recognized as an internal or external command.

 

Any help is very much appreciated.

Hi matt060580, 

 

You Sure Signal last connected to our server at 23.41pm on the 9th August.

 

I've done a resync for you, please do a reset to complete this process;

-Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.

-Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.

-Once the lights come back on, release the button.

 

If this doesn't work we would need the information requested here to help further.
