Hi all,
My SSV3 was working happily all week and yesterday started to not work - went to look at the device and the power light is now flashing and the internet light is solid orange.
I am not sure what has happened but it was working.
spent all day restarting and and even went trought the port forwarding but still no joy.
I was wondering if I need to get VF to check it their end - and advice would be great.

VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
