SS V3 not giving out a signal although lights are correct - was working until sometime last night - has not given out a signal today.

BT Home Hub 5 and I have completed the portforward as per the troubleshooting instructions (opened port forwarding for 8,50,123,500,4500,1723 port).  Smart setup has been turned off on the hub.

What light sequence you're seeing: power light, 1st light and 2nd light correct

Have you tried switching your phone settings to 3G and not 4G?

(On an iphone 6 its settings>mobile data>voice and data>3G)

Hi,

We have samsung S3's and they don't have 4g.

Thanks

Ah thats not the problem then! Only other thing i can think of trying is another phone (registered to sure signal of course) if available to eliminate the phone being the issue.

Hi,

Tried that with my Dad's Iphone

No Signal still.

Thanks

Presume you made sure your dads phone was set to 3G.

Got home tonight and its working again?  Very strange

Have also tried and reset.  It spent hours flashing and then came back to the correct light sequence but still no phone signal.  ( Have also rebooted phones and no signal received)

How can it be fine and then stop?
