SS Ver 2 no lights just power light

Hi

I bought the above product a while ago and registered it and it has been working fine.

 

recently it has stopped working and somehow made the signal in the entire property useless.

 

I have been onto my account and removed myself from the service.

 

I have tried to re-register,  but it is saying that it is already registered and I am unable to do so.

 

I then tried a factory reset but to no avail.

 

Any ideas how I can get it back up and working please?

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

The box now has no lights on at all.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi fodonovan,

 

If the Sure Signal doesn’t have any lights on at all then it fault indicate that it’s faulty.

 

If this is the case, I’d get it sent away for a warranty repair. (Providing it’s less than two years old)
