SS packed up after BT Hub 2.0 error

Hi

Our broadband service via a BT Hub 2.0 stopped working recently but since sorting that issue out with the help of BTs tech' support (had to log in and reset the hub user name?!) our SS isn't working correctly.  I've tried resetting, hard reset etc - haven't yet tried the very hard reset where it flies through the air and smashes against the wall, won't be long though...

 

Its the old 4 light version, the current state is all lights are on except the 3rd one down which is off - any ideas anyone?  Does it need a "re-sync"??

 

To be honest it's never been the most reliable piece of kit...

Hi mbuontempo,

 

It certainly sounds like you've tried the first steps that we would advise to get the Sure Signal back up and running.  We can certainly try a resync for you which should resolve the issue.  Can you reply back to us with your serial number and we'll arrange this?

Thanks for the reply Phil but the SS seems to be working correctly now.  I'll keep an eye on it and if I have further problems post the serial no' etc.
