SS v2 No phone signal

Good Afternoon.

I woke up this morning to find that my SS v2 box is no longer providing a decent phone signal.

Nothing has changed, config-wise, in my house. I haven't changed my ISP. I haven't played around with the router. The internet still works. I have, however, carried out a factory reset on the SS box this morning as I read that a recent firmware update could be resolved by such a reset. Before I go through the rigmorale of providing you with ping tests and speed tests blah blah blah, I would just like to add that my neighbour is having the same problem this morning. We both have v2 boxes. My serial number is 40110733389.

Are you able to tell me anything from your end about my box before I go through the motions of providing you with ping tests and trace route results etc....?

I spoke too soon......it's on the blink again after having worked for a few hours this afternoon........Vodafone, help please?

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
