SS1 Configeration issue

My Sure Signal v1 was reregistered over 48 hours ago and my account shows it as active however it is still showing the Configeration lights (first light solid, second constantly flashing). Please could someone re sync the device to try and solve this issue.

The second SureSignal (40121424473) is registered as you say but I can't see it on my online account. I think it may have been registered to a handset that is no longer with vodafone. Is it possible to link it with one of my other handsets so I can see it online and add users. Thanks.

Now sorted via customer service so please dont make any changes.
