Hi, please can someone take a look to see if my SS is connecting?

 

Power light is solid and occasionally it moves through the other lights until it gives up and returns to the power light.

Can't register the number I actually need as it says I've already registered that person, even if I try random names,

it also says I can only add users with a Vodaphone number, which is what I am doing, it's frustrating...

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
