SS2 BT Hub3 people cant hear me!

Hi

I have SS2 with lights 1&2 on permanant, when i speak on mobile people cant hear me.

here are results as per other posts that i have looked at, can you check to see if my SS2 box is visible and if IP is on white list.

This has only happened over the last month that we are having problems.

 

Please help (02) has brilliant signal where we are.

When you say lights 1 and 2 are on, do you mean the power light and the internet light as seen here?

 

The good news is that it's showing, on the latest software and appeared to have been connected in the early hours this morning, are you still having difficulties?

 

I have resynced the Sure Signal to clear any errors that may have been present.

 

Please can you let me know what it is you're seeing now?

the red light is on and the next one is flashing, more than probably because i reset it and so have you. do we need to have a certain upload speed? when on mobile i can hear people fine but they cant hear me. i have attached picture so you can see the lights.

 

Not sure how long it will take to reset but will let you know.

The minimum upload speed is 0.33.

 

If you're using multiple devices to access the internet, such as iPads or gaming consoles then they will affect the quality of the line. Potentially it won't be fast enough to work efficiently.

Only get 0.25 upload speed, we have disconnected SS box for now and just relying on signal from the local masts.
