For the last two days, my SS3 has intermittently failed to produce a usable signal for my phone(s). Both internet and ready lights are on and I have reset the SS3. The router works fine with other equipments. Does is sound like a fault, do you think, please

VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Hello again,
Having looked again at the details I submitted, I suspect that I may not have given you exactly what you wanted re the Pingtest. Anyway, the website prompted me to install something called Java and then reverted to two servers:
Frankfurt - Ping 58ms; Jitter 1ms; Unable to test packet loss
Milton Keynes - Ping 53ms; Jitter 6ms; Packet Loss 0%.
I hope that this means something to you!
