SSS v3 New Sky Router

Hi,

I've upgraded to the new Sky Router and my sure signal has a solid power light, with a flashing internet light but after a while stops, and then starts again.

Can you help?

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

The traceroute shows a timeout on the second hop which may be down to your internet speeds, although the rest look fine.

 

Please can you run this for me again in case it was a one off?

 

Please could you also post your speed test, ping test and serial number so we can take a look?

 

Please let me know what lights you are seeing on the Sure Signal currently.
