SSV2 Issues, not working!

The other day my SS V2 stopped working all of a sudden, it took almost 7 hours to come back on. It has gone off again as of yesterday and has not come back on since despite countless resets. I have changed network cables, reset the modem, changed the MTU etc all to no avail.

I have opened or made sure the relevant ports are working, I have tried everything else and its getting ridiculous now that I cant use my own monthly plan in my house because of this junk!

Your IP and download and upload speeds look fine.

 

I’ve checked your Sure Signal and it last made contact with our servers yesterday.

 

I’ve resynced the Sure Signal from our side as a last resort.

 

If this doesn’t work, then it looks like your device has developed a fault. If this is the case, as you’re outside of warranty, you’ll need to purchase a new one.

We've now updated this and resynched again, so please leave the Sure Signal connected for 24 hours.

Yes I moved it as it had done nothing at all since yesterday. Ive since changed cables again and plugged back in.
