STILL needing Tech Team to RE-SYNC my vss - down for 24 hrs AGAIN - not happy!!

vss serial number 212 307 433 59

 

lights 1, 2 + 4  on constant as they should be, but no signal to phone again!

 

tried all the trouble shooting steps - its been 24 hours already - last time it was down for 48 - REALLY NOT HAPPY!

People BUY Sure Signal for a reason - for some unknown reason we want to stay with Vodafone but have poor or no signal - not much point when Sure Signal keeps going down for days at a time!!

 

PLEASE RE-SYNC MY VSS TO YOUR NETWORK!!

I can see that Lee has resynched for you since you posted.
