SURE SIGNAL 9361 Home Cell p3.0 - NOT WORKING

Hello all users and Customer advisors.

I have purchased my device last year but because I have so many problems to get it working I have just gave up. Now I would like to get it working again so all required data enclosed below:

 

1. Model: 9361 Home Cell p3.0 (Alcatel-Lucent)

2. Serial No: 42142835687

3. My Router model: Draytek 2850VN

4. Address IP binded to SureSignal MAC

5. Internal IP: 192.168.1.18 (binded to SS MAC)

6. Ports Forwarded for above IP: 8-TCP/UDP, 50-TCP/UDP, 123-UDP, 500-UDP, 4500-UDP

7. BT INFINITY internet connection 62Mb DownSpeed, 13Mb UpSpeed

8. All cables Brand New, computer connected to sure signal meaning SS is correctly connected to the internet.

9. All resets, router and SS are not helping at all.

10. First two lights constantly ON last one OFF

I have no visible boosted signal at my Vodafone registered phones.

Tried to call other mobile and last light doesn't come up, and should I think

I will be very happy if someone can help me to set it right as there must be something wrong. There is so many people on eBay selling this device and now I know why, because it’s so hard to get it works especially for people without advance knowledge about networking.
