Sagem Sure signal

Since aquiring this device in 2011, it seems never to do more than light the first light to indicate it is USING POWER.

Even with Tech support re-setting it recently it still fails to do more.

Therefore this must be a faulty unit, please send a replacement suitable for Nokia E71 phone.

As since 2011, it has been impossible for Vodafone to improve the signal in the region of Dunkirk UK the phone is useless at home unless I run to the end of the garden or drive to the top of the hill.

With Autumn and Winter arriving... a WORKING SURE SIGNAL is a distinct advantage.

Best regards,

Kevin

Hi Kevinmhogben

Can you let me know the Sure Signal serial number so I can take a closer look?

Thanks

Hi there Kevinmhogben,

Thanks for posting the serial number.

Your VSS last made contact with our servers about two weeks ago.

I'm concerned you're saying it has never worked. Have you let us know about this before your first post on the eForum?

Could I take your external IP address?

Please tell me who your Internet Service Provider is.

What router/hub are you using?

Cheers,

LeeH

Hi LeeH,

I am aways on business at present so can not help directly with all information.

The Internet provider is AOL over a BT Line

The router is the latest dual channel Netgear version replaced about 4 months ago.

I do not have the IP address from where I am

Hi Kevinmhogben,

No worries. Please post back with the info when you get a chance.
