Second Hand Sure Signal Needs De-registering

Hi,

 

I bought a second hand Sure Signal box. The person who sold it to me rang Vodafone on Thursday and confirmed de-registration. On Friday it wouldn't work so I called Vodafone, the person I spoke to confirmed that a de-registration request had been received and was being processed, and to wait 24 hours before trying again. 24 hours later on Saturday, still not working, Sunday still not working.

 

On Sunday I called up and the person said the Sure Signal was still registered and I had to contact the seller to de-register! Now I am not getting a response from the seller (who is probably as frustrated as me).

 

Are you able to help please? The serial no is 40123681963

Hi there

 

Vodafone won't be able to discuss this with you as you aren't the original owner of the device.  You will need to liaise with the person who sold it to you in order to get it unlocked.  If you get them to post here on the eForum, one of the Team will be able to pick up the post and speak to them directly to ensure that it is unlocked.
