Second phone won't connect to new Sure Signal V3

We had to replace our trusty V3 Sure Signal after it died. The new unit was plugged in yesterday and registered online. I had problems registering my wife's phone as it kept coming up with an error. After many times of trying it finally worked and does show both phones as being registered - she also received an automated text to tell her it had been setup. The unit took a few hours to complete registration but eventually worked fine with my phone. However, we just can't get my wife's phone to connect (I've also tried rebooting the iPhone).

 

The V3 appears to be working fine according to the indicator lights but here's the information requested:

Would somebody be able to take a look at this please? My wife's phone still isn't connecting to the Sure Signal so she hasn't been able to make or receive calls for days now.
