Secure Signal

Hi,

I'm trying to register my Secure Signal device to a new address. I've removed the previous registration, but now I get the following message:

"Sorry, The serial number you are trying to register is already registered. Please recheck your serial number and try again."

How can this serial number be de-registered?

If you get stuck perhaps try Live Chat or customer service on 191 or via a landline if you don't have signal. Landline Tel :03333040191

Thanks for the reply. I've tried calling the number as well, but I get the following message:

"Sorry due to an emergency I cant take you call right now". It has been like this the whole evening." 

When I follow the guide, I do not have the choice "Manage Sure Signal, then Change postcode location." in my account. So I'm quite stuck indeed.
