Hi - I am trying to set up sure signal with BT Home Hub file

Details in attached file (why not enable pasting into this window?)

Actually it rejects a text file - why?

Sure Signal is version 3

Serial number is 40133654810

Lights Power flashing, in service orange, in use orange

Hi

Working now.  I did change it from working with a slave router (it was incompatible with my previous HomeHub 3) and plugged it directly into the new Home Hub 5, and also changed firewall settings, though perhaps it just needed time.
