Sky and sure signal

My sure signal hasn't worked at all since I got a new wifi hub from sky 

my IP address is 90.221.253.141 

can you do something with it plz.....only the red light is on all the time. I'm in a place where the Vodafone signal is crap and I need it as I am a carer for my dad

Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512gb Phantom Black.

 

 

I did this and there was no lights at ththe back where it was plugged in so I tried another port and it started working for a bit.....now the green and amber lights are flashing at the back and the  red light is on constantly on the sure signal but there are also two other white lights flashing, one is a phone and the other is a circular shape 

Just looked in my settings and it says the IP address is 192.168.0.2

We have fixed this now by changing the cable from the sure signal to the broadband box.....vodafone were rubbish but sky were great

@seamusandj Thanks for letting us know you managed to resolve the issue by changing the ethernet cable.
