This is very frustrating.

I have a Vodafone SUre Signal mark1 with 4 lights on the front.  Lights on the back flash fine and I definitely have an internt connection.

Download speed of my connection is 5 MBytes

Router is BT Home Hub 2.0 Serial Number 1022344254

Dure Signal Serial Number is 21228229510

Have tried re-booting Sure Signal as described with nothing changing.  MTU is 1500.  Definitely need some help.

Thanks

Hi @David_Hancock

I’ve updated your Sure Signal, so please perform a reset at your end to complete this.

Thanks,

Jenny

I have tried this multiple times and still end up with a single flashing green light.  It does not go through to the light sequence that indicates the start of the factory reset.

I am very frustrated and want a far more efficient way of solving this.  May be efficient for Vodafone but utterly ineffective for me.

Hi David,

Your problem might be caused by a failing pwer supply.

Don't be mislead by the power light showing as normal.

Have a look at the first post of this thread and see what you think...... http://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Vodafone-Sure-Signal/SureSignal-1-flashing-but-not-working-possible-f...

Power supplies are readily available on Ebay and Amazon for around a tenner or less.
